Working Group on Boosting Local Economy

Terms of Reference

to provide recommendations to the District Council (DC) Chairman, on the premise of making optimal use of district resources and taking into account local circumstances, regarding the organisation of activities with district characteristics and traditional cultural connotations for attracting the participation of citizens and tourists and boosting the local economy;
to advise on the planning and effectiveness of projects for boosting the local economy specified by the District Office, to participate in their implementation, and to report to the DC in a timely manner; and
to assist the District Office in publicising and promoting activities for boosting the local economy.
